·         Moved to Auckland and worked for the company The Body Shop in management (2 years)

·         Moved to Christchurch and did Secondary Teaching Diploma to become a high school Physical Education & Health teacher (1 year).

·         Accepted onto the JET (Japan Exchange & Teaching) Program and taught English in 7 primary schools and 4 junior high schools (1 year)
