国际中文教师奖学金项目四周研修生招生简章（非学历生）HUE Admission Brochure for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program（Non-degree Program）

根据教育部中外语言交流合作中心发布的《国际中文教师奖学金管理办法（修订）》（语言中心〔2021〕165号）文件精神，结合我校实际情况，制定本奖学金项目（非学历生）申请指引。

According to the Administrative Measures for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (Revised) issued by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) of the Ministry of Education, and taking into account the actual situation of Hubei University of Education (HUE), we have formulated the guidelines for the application of this scholarship program (for non-degree students).

为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称中心）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称奖学金），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师申请到我校学习和进修国际中文教育及相关专业。

To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) may recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to further their studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at Chinese universities (hereinafter referred to as Host Institutions).

现将2025年湖北第二师范学院国际中文教师奖学金项目（4周）非学历生招生办法发布如下：

We are pleased to announce the admission of non-degree students to the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship or Four-Week Study Program at HUE in 2025 as follows:

一、资助对象

1.身心健康，品学兼优；

2.非中国籍人士；对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；

3.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；

4.年龄为16-35周岁（以2025年9月1日计），在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。

I. Eligibility

a) Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;

b) Be a non-Chinese citizen; Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the HUE;

c) Be interested in Chinese language education and related work;

d) Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.

二、奖学金类别及申请条件（非学历生）

1．四周线下研修生

II. Categories and Qualifications (Non-degree Students)

a) Scholarship for Four-Week Program

The program commences in July 2025 and provides scholarship for 4 weeks, covering tuition fee, dormitory fee (quadruple room), medical insurance fee, and providing a funding for half of cost of airfare. Applicants can apply for the major of Chinese language study, and shall have an HSK Test score. Applicants can apply in groups organized by the recommending institutions and contact the host institutions in advance to confirm study plans in China and submit applications to the CLEC (Center for Language Education and Cooperation) for approval. Each group may consist of 15-20 students.

三、申请流程及时间

1.申请流程

1）申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login）国际中文教师奖学金板块，查询推荐机构与接收院校（湖北第二师范学院），在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；

2）登录我校在线申请网站（）进行申请（选择【湖北第二师范学院国际中文教师奖学金项目四周研修生（非学历生）】，按照有关提示填写个人信息及提交相关材料；

3）院校审核；

4）中外语言交流合作中心授予奖学金；

5）接收院校发放录取通知书；

6）按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。

2.申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）

2025年7月入学;学生申请截止日期为2025年4月15日。

中心委托专家组集中评审：根据 HSK、HSKK考分和级别等因素择优资助。

III. Application Procedures and Deadlines

A. Application Procedures

a) Applicants should visit the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login) to check the recommending institutions and host institutions（Hubei University of Education）, submit application materials online, and receive notices on the application process, review comments, and results of the scholarship evaluation;

b) Applicants should also submit the application on the official website of School of International Exchange, Hubei University of Education (). Please select [HUE for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program（Non-degree Program）] ，follow the instructions to fill in personal information and upload relevant documents;

c) Host institutions review the eligibility of applicants;

d) CLEC awards scholarship;

e) Host institutions issue admission letters;

f) Admitted students must complete the registration procedures according to the date stated in the admission letters.

B. Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)

For program commencing in July 2025, applicants must complete their applications by April 15, 2025. CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores and other factors.

四、申请材料

1.护照照片页扫描件；

2.HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；

3.推荐机构负责人的推荐信；

4.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华法定监护人署名的委托证明文件；

5.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信；

6.无犯罪记录证明；

7.外国人体格检查记录。

IV. Application Materials

a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);

c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions;

d) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China;

e) Applicants as in-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer;

f) Non-criminal record certificate;

g) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

五、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者

1.在职中文教师

在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。

2.汉语桥获奖者

在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2024年度“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向湖北第二师范学院提交申请材料。如有问题，请咨询chinesebridge@chinese.cn。

V. Policies Regarding In-Service Chinese Language Teachers and Chinese Bridge Winners

a) In-Service Chinese Language Teachers

In-service Chinese language teachers need to provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer.

b) Chinese Bridge Winners

Applicants who have received the 2024 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during the Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application materials along with their scholarship certificates to Hubei University of Education on the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. For any further inquiries, please contact chinesebridge@chinese.cn.

六、其他

1.未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资格。

2.申请者只能申请一种由中国政府机构提供的奖学金，重复申请视为无效，一经查实将取消奖学金资格。

VI. Miscellaneous

a) Students who fail to register on time, fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from the university before completing the program, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.

b) Applicants can only apply for one type of scholarship provided by the Chinese government. Repeated applications will be considered invalid and will be disqualified upon verification.
