根据教育部中外语言交流合作中心发布的《国际中文教师奖学金管理办法（修订）》（语言中心〔2021〕165号）文件精神，结合我校实际情况，制定本奖学金项目（一学年&一学期）申请指引。
According to the Administrative Measures for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (Revised) issued by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) of the Ministry of Education, and taking into account the actual situation of Hubei University of Education (HUE), we have formulated the guidelines for the application of this scholarship program (for one-year & one-semester study program).
现将湖北第二师范学院2026年国际中文教师奖学金项目（一学期&一学年）申请办法发布如下：
We are pleased to announce the admission to the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship for One-year & One-semester Study Program at HUE in 2026 as follows:
一、资助对象
1.身心健康，品学兼优；
2.非中国籍人士；对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
3.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
4.年龄为16-35周岁（以2026年9月1日计），在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。
I. Eligibility
a) Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;
b) Be a non-Chinese citizen; Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the HUE;
c) Be interested in Chinese language education and related work;
d) Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.
二、奖学金类别及申请条件
1.一学年研修生
2026年9月入学，资助期限为 11 个月。
国际中文教育方向，中文水平考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）270分，具有HSKK成绩；汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学等方向，中文水平考试成绩达到HSK（四级）180分、HSKK（中级）60分；汉语研修方向，中文水平考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分，提供HSKK成绩者优先。
2.一学期研修生
2026年9月、2027年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。国际中文教育、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学等方向，中文水平考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）180分，具有HSKK成绩；中医、太极文化方向，具有HSK成绩，同时提供HSKK成绩者优先。
II. Categories and Qualifications
1. Scholarship for One-Year Study Program
The program commences in September 2026, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months. Applicants of international Chinese language education programs shall have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Applicants of Chinese language study programs shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3), and priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.
2. Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program
The program commences either in September 2026 or March 2027, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of traditional Chinese medicine or Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score.
三、奖学金资助内容及标准
1.资助内容：学费、生活费、住宿费和综合医疗保险费。
2.资助标准:详见国际中文教师奖学金网站(cis.chinese.cn).
III. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria
a) Coverage: Tuition, living allowance, accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance.
b) Criteria: Please refer to the ICLTS website (cis.chinese.cn) for details.
四、申请流程及时间
1.申请流程
1）国际中文教师奖学金系统申请
2026年3月4日起，登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://www.chinese.cn）查询湖北第二师范学院，在线提交申请材料。
2）湖北第二师范学院国际学生管理服务系统平台
2026年3月4日起，登录湖北第二师范学院国际学生服务平台网站（https://hue.at0086.cn/student）国际中文教师奖学金版块，在线提交申请材料。
3)关注申请进程。
2.申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）
2026年9月入学：学生申请截止日期为2026年5月10日，推荐机构、接收院校审核截止日期为2026年5月20日；
2027年3月入学：学生申请截止日期为2026年10月20日，推荐机构、接收院校审核截止日期为2026年11月5日。
中心委托专家组集中评审：根据 HSK、HSKK考分和级别等因素择优资助。
IV. Application Procedures and Deadlines
A. Application Procedures
a) Online Application at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website
Please visit http://www.chinese.cn to find Hubei University of Education and submit the documents as required starting from March 4, 2026.
b) Online Application at the International Students Service Platform of HUE
Please visit https://hue.at0086.cn/student and submit the documents as required under the Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship starting from March 4, 2026.
c) Tracking Progress Online
B. Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)
For programs commencing in September 2026, applicants must complete their applications by May 10, 2026 and Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions must complete the review by May 20, 2026.
For programs commencing in March 2027, applicants must complete their applications by October 20, 2026 and Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions must complete the review by November 5, 2026.
CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores and other factors.
五、申请材料
1.护照照片页扫描件；
2.HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；
3.推荐机构负责人的推荐信；
4.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华法定监护人署名的委托证明文件；
5.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信；
6.无犯罪记录证明；
7.外国人体格检查记录。
V. Application Materials
a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;
b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);
c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions;
d) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China;
e) Applicants as in-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer;
f) Non-criminal record certificate;
g) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
六、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者
1.在职中文教师
在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。
2.汉语桥获奖者
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2025年度“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向湖北第二师范学院提交申请材料。如有问题，请咨询chinesebridge@chinese.cn。
VI. Policies Regarding In-Service Chinese Language Teachers and Chinese Bridge Winners
a) In-Service Chinese Language Teachers
In-service Chinese language teachers need to provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer.
b) Chinese Bridge Winners
Applicants who have received the 2025 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during the Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application materials along with their scholarship certificates to Hubei University of Education on the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. 七、推荐机构和接收院校
推荐机构和接收院校依据本办法履行属地责任，提供咨询、推荐、招生等服务。
VII. RECOMMENDING AND HOST INSTITUTIONS
The Recommending and Host Institutions shall, pursuant to the Guidelines, provide consulting, recommendation and enrollment services.
八、其他
1.未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资格。
2.申请者只能申请一种由中国政府机构提供的奖学金，重复申请视为无效，一经查实将取消奖学金资格。
VIII. Miscellaneous
a) Students who fail to register on time, fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from the university before completing the program, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.
b) Applicants can only apply for one type of scholarship provided by the Chinese government. Repeated applications will be considered invalid and will be disqualified upon verification.
