2026级全体国际学生：
学校定于2026年9月23日（星期三）上午9:00举行2026级国际学生开学典礼。请全体2026级国际学生按时参加。现将有关事项通知如下：

2号教学楼经济与管理学院三楼报告厅
三、参会要求
1.请提前30分钟（8:30前）到达会场，签到并按指定区域就座。
2.着装整洁得体，建议正装或商务休闲装；不得穿拖鞋、背心、短裤等过于随意的服装。
3.保持良好精神面貌，举止文明，遵守会场纪律；手机调至静音或关闭，会议期间不随意走动、不喧哗、不饮食。
4.典礼包含学校宣传片、校领导致欢迎辞、教师代表发言、学生代表发言、佩戴校徽、合影留念、法律法规教育讲座、校纪校规教育讲座及现场签订承诺书等环节，请认真听讲、积极配合；建议自带黑色签字笔。
5.不得迟到、早退或缺席。如有特殊情况，请提前向学院班级老师请假。
6.相关发言代表、校徽佩戴代表等请按工作人员安排提前到场。

Notice on Attending the 2026 International Students’ Opening Ceremony
To all international students of the Class of 2026:
Hubei University of Education will hold the 2026 International Students’ Opening Ceremony at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. All international students of the Class of 2026 are requested to attend on time. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Time
9:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2026
II. Venue
Lecture Hall on the third floor, School of Economics and Management, No. 2 Teaching Building
III. Attendance Requirements
a. Pleasearrive at least 30 minutes early (before 8:30 a.m.), sign in, and take seats in the designated area.
b. Dress neatly and appropriately. Formal or business casual attire is recommended. Slippers, vests, shorts, and other overly casual clothing are not allowed.
c. Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor. Observe venue discipline. Keep mobile phones on silent or turned off. Do not walk around, talk loudly, or eat during the ceremony.
d. The ceremony will include the school promotional video, a welcome address by university leaders, speeches by teacher and student representatives, the pinning of school badges, a group photo, lectures on laws and regulations and school rules, and the on-site signing of commitment letters. Please listen carefully and cooperate actively. A black pen is recommended.
e. Late arrival, early departure, or absence is not permitted. If you cannot attend due to special circumstances, please apply to the class teacher of sub-school for leave in advance.
f. Relevant student representatives, including speakers and badge recipients, please arrive early according to the arrangements of the staff.
