一．来华前准备Preparations before Coming to China

01申请签证｜Visa Application

国际学生须在所在国的中国使/领馆申请来华签证。所需材料：有效普通护照、录取通知书、外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）。

International students shall apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in the host country. Required documents: valid regular passport, admission letter, Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202 Form).

学习期限超过180天（含）须持X1签证入境。

Those studying for more than 180 days (inclusive) shall enter with an X1 visa.

注意：X1签证有效期仅30日，入境后须在30日内申请居留许可。因居留许可须在校报到后方可申请办理，建议按录取通知书中规定的时间来华。

Note: The X1 visa is valid for 30 days only. Studensts must apply for a residence permit within 30 days of entry. As residence permits can only be applied after on-campus registration, it is suggested that students shall arrive at the campus at the prescribed time listed in the admission letter.

02收拾行李｜Luggage Pack-up

武汉9月平均气温20℃—28℃，气候较为舒爽。1月均温3℃，7月均温28.8℃。重要文件和必要贵重物品请随身携带，日常用品可在武汉购买。

Weather of Wuhan in September averages 20°C–28°C, which is quite pleasant. January averages 3°C, July averages 28.8°C. Please carry important documents and necessary valuables belonging with you; daily necessities can be purchased after arrival.

二、入境后须知Notice after Entry

01从机场到学校｜From Airport to the University

出租车：至“湖北第二师范学院”，入校后导航至中区学生1栋或2栋，费用约150-160元。

Taxi: To "South Gate, HUE Campus", then navigate to the Building 1 or 2, Central Zone. Cost: approx. 150-160 RMB.

地铁：直接在机场乘坐地铁2号线（佛祖岭方向）至武汉东站，换乘11号线（葛店南站方向）到湖口站A口出站，步行约10分钟抵达学校北大门。

Metro: Take Metro Line 2 (towards Fozuling) from Tianhe International Airport Station to Wuhandong Railway Station. Transfer to Metro Line 11 (towards Gedian South Station) and get off at Hukou Station, Exit A. Walk for around 10 minutes to the north gate of the university.

接机服务：同行人数达20人及以上，可联系国际学生工作办公室安排接机。

Pick-up: If 20 or more students travel together, contact the International Students Affairs Office to arrange airport pick-up.

02住宿｜Accommodation

所有学生须入住校内宿舍，报到日当天起办理住宿，由学校统一安排。

All students shall stay in on-campus dormitories. Accommodation is available from the day of registration and arranged by the university.

03银行服务｜Bank Service

建议入境后在中国工商银行开设人民币账户并申请银联卡，用于校内缴费。开户及兑换外币须出示护照。

It is recommended to open an RMB account and apply for a UnionPay card at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China after entry for payments of tuition fee and so on. Passports are required for account opening and currency exchange.

三、报到注册Registration

特别提醒：国际学生缴纳第一年学费时，本科项目学生请将学费缴费金额修改为5000，汉语进修生项目学生请将学费金额修改为7000后进行缴费。

Online: Scan QR code via WeChat/Alipay. Please note your name, student ID, and passport number.

Note: Please scan the QR code to log in to the Unified Campus Payment Platform to complete the payment (see the attached Payment Guide for details).

Special reminder: When international students pay the tuition for their first year, undergraduate program students should adjust the tuition amount to 5,000 before paying, and Chinese language program students should adjust the amount to 7,000 before paying.

06保险购买｜Insurance Purchase

网页购买：打开 www.lxbx.net → 输入护照号码和验证码 → 选择保费并购买 → 选择支付方式 → 支付完成并留存凭证。

Website: Open www.lxbx.net → Enter passport number and verification code → Select insurance and purchase → Choose payment method → Complete and retain voucher.

手机购买：微信扫二维码 → 输入护照号码和验证码 → 点击购买 → 选择保费 → 邮箱留存凭证。

Mobile: Scan QR code via WeChat → Enter passport number and verification code → Click purchase → Select insurance → Retain voucher via email.

以上费用支持银行卡转账、支付宝、微信支付，暂不支持现金支付。

Payments via bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat are accepted. Cash is not accepted.

07注意事项｜Important Notes

●报到手续须由学生本人亲自完成，不得代办。须提前或于报到当日缴清学费、住宿费并购买保险。

Registration must be completed in person. All fees must be paid, either in advance or on the day of registration.

●学校不接受提前报到，也不接受签证/居留许可已过期的学生报到。请合理规划行程。

Early registration is not accepted, nor for those with expired visas/permits. Please plan your trip accordingly.

●应在来华前购买保险，含综合医疗保险（意外伤害、住院医疗、残疾身故等）。

Purchase insurance before coming to China, including comprehensive medical coverage.

●持X1签证者报到后申请居留许可约需一个月取回护照；此期间无法离汉旅行。

X1 visa holders need approx. one month for residence permit processing; Travel outside Wuhan is not permitted during this period.

●因故不能按期入学者，须事先邮件请假，一般不超过两周。未请假或逾期者视为放弃入学资格。

If unable to register on time, email the office in advance. Leave shall not exceed two weeks. Failure to do so is deemed forfeiture of admission.

02穿衣建议｜Clothing Tips

白天穿轻便透气衣物（短袖、衬衫、薄外套）；夜间温度较低，建议携带毛衣或厚外套。可备正式服装和本国特色服饰。

Wear lightweight, breathable clothing during the day (T-shirts, shirts, light jackets). Bring sweaters or heavy coats for cooler nights. Formal wear and traditional clothing from your country are also recommended.

03备用物品｜Essentials to Bring

药品：感冒药、止痛药、肠胃药、抗过敏药等。

Medicine: Cold medicine, pain reliever, gastrointestinal agents, anti-allergy medicine, etc.

生活用品：转换插头、个人卫生用品、洗浴用品等。

Daily Necessities: Plug adapter, personal hygiene products, toiletries, etc.
